Baccarat Standards

Baccarat is played with eight decks of cards. Cards valued less than ten are counted at their printed number meanwhile ten, J, Q, K are 0, and A are each equal to 1. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker,’ the ‘player’ or for a tie (these aren’t actual people; they simply symbolize the two hands to be played).

Baccarat Odds

The greater of the two scores is the winner. Winning wagers on the banker pay at nineteen to 20 (even odds minus a 5 percent commission. Baccarat Strategy
