Baccarat Banque Codes

Baccarat is enjoyed with 8 decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards valued less than ten are valued at their printed value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are made on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not really people; they just represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then dealt to the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The total for each hand is the sum total of the 2 cards, but the 1st digit is discarded. For instance, a hand of five and six has a value of 1 (five plus 6 equals 11; dump the 1st ‘1′).

A third card may be given out depending on the rules below:

- If the player or banker gets a total of 8 or nine, both players hold.

- If the player has less than five, he hits. Players otherwise stay.

- If the player holds, the house takes a card on a value lower than 5. If the player hits, a table is used to figure out if the banker stands or takes a card.

Punto Banco Odds

The higher of the 2 totals wins. Winning bets on the banker pay out 19 to 20 (even money less a five percent rake. Commission are kept track of and cleared out once you quit the game so ensure you have cash left over before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pay 1:1. Winning wagers for tie typically pays 8 to 1 but on occasion 9 to 1. (This is a poor bet as a tie occurs lower than one in every 10 hands. Avoid gambling on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for 9:1 versus 8 to 1)

Played correctly punto banco provides pretty decent odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Banque Method

As with all games Baccarat has a handful of accepted misconceptions. One of which is close to a myth in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of events about to happen. Keeping track of previous outcomes at a table is a waste of paper and an affront to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most familiar and possibly the most successful strategy is the one, three, two, six tactic. This tactic is used to maximize profits and minimizing losses.

Begin by betting one unit. If you win, add another to the 2 on the game table for a grand total of three chips on the second bet. Should you succeed you will now have six on the table, pull off 4 so you are left with 2 on the 3rd bet. If you succeed on the 3rd wager, add two on the four on the table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth wager.

Should you lose on the 1st round, you take a hit of 1. A profit on the 1st bet followed by a hit on the second causes a hit of 2. Wins on the first 2 with a loss on the 3rd gives you with a profit of two. And wins on the 1st 3 with a defeat on the fourth means you break even. Winning at all four bets gives you with 12, a gain of ten. This means you will be able to give up the 2nd bet 5 instances for each successful run of four wagers and still experience no loss.
