Baccarat Banque Rules

Punto banco is gambled on with eight decks in a dealer’s shoe. Cards below 10 are counted at their printed number and with 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is 1. Wagers are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not really people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘bank’ and ‘player’. The value for every hand is the sum of the cards, although the beginning digit is dropped. For instance, a hand of five and six has a value of 1 (five plus six = eleven; dump the first ‘1′).

A additional card could be given out using the rules below:

- If the player or bank achieves a value of eight or 9, the two players hold.

- If the gambler has five or lower, she hits. Players stands otherwise.

- If the gambler stands, the banker hits on 5 or less. If the gambler hits, a guide is used to see if the banker stays or hits.

Baccarat Banque Odds

The higher of the two scores wins. Winning wagers on the bank payout nineteen to Twenty (equal money less a five percent rake. The Rake is tracked and cleared out once you depart the table so make sure you have money remaining just before you depart). Winning wagers on the gambler pays out at 1:1. Winning bets for tie normally pay eight to one but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a poor bet as a tie occurs less than 1 in every ten hands. Avoid gambling on a tie. However odds are astonishingly better for 9:1 vs. 8:1)

Bet on properly baccarat banque provides relatively good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Punto Banco Strategy

As with all games punto banco has quite a few common false impressions. One of which is close to a false impression in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of future actions. Recording previous outcomes on a chart is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and definitely the most acknowledged plan is the 1-3-2-6 plan. This method is employed to maximize earnings and limit risk.

Start by betting 1 unit. If you succeed, add another to the 2 on the table for a grand total of three chips on the second bet. Should you win you will now have 6 on the table, pull off 4 so you are left with 2 on the 3rd wager. If you win the third round, add 2 on the 4 on the table for a total of six on the 4th wager.

Should you do not win on the first round, you take a loss of one. A win on the 1st wager followed by a loss on the second brings about a loss of 2. Wins on the 1st 2 with a loss on the third provides you with a gain of two. And success on the 1st three with a defeat on the 4th means you are even. Winning all 4 rounds gives you with 12, a gain of ten. This means you will be able to not win on the second wager 5 times for every favorable run of four rounds and still are even.
